My day

I had today all planned………………haircut, a spot of shopping, and then some much-needed cleaning.

Well I never really got past the shopping bit. Had some fun though, but now my feet and back are a tad sore.

And to top it off – the haircut. Oh dear. I told the guy to cut the crown and the back shorter, but try not too take too much off the front and sides. Just make sure that they blend in while keeping as much length as you can. After he took most of my sides and fringe away, and I continued to trust where he was going (silly me), he proceeded to ask me “So you wanted it longer at the back than at the front, right?” Oh dear. Do I seem like the type of person who would walk into a salon and want a mullet? So it’s a tad short. It’s not too bad, I’ve had shorter hair, but if I could offer you all a word of advice when you next get your hair cut?

BE CRYSTAL CLEAR WHAT YOU WANT, AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY REPEAT IT BACK TO YOU BEFORE THEY START CUTTING.
