New post - dunno what else to call it
My brain isn't working too well, so I have no idea what to call this post. And I am just going to type and see what comes out.
I decided late last week that I love my new vacuum cleaner. How sad. That my Dyson is the biggest thing that I'm loving right now. But it's light and easy to manouvure (sp?) and sucks up so much more crap than the old one. It makes cleaning this place just that little bit easier, and when you're almost 33 weeks pregnant anything that makes cleaning easier is all good in my books!
It does good things with my relationship too, as Cal came home and noticed that I'd vacuumed. I don't think that that had to do with the actual vacuum, but I think that he just thought that it was the right thing to do. And it was. It made it a little bit more worth it. Made me feel good.
I want to wish my brother Duncan and his wife Sam all the best with their new pregnancy. How exciting! I'm going to be an aunty YET AGAIN before the end of the year. This one is due on Christmas Day. I'm undecided as to whether that's good or bad, but to have a bubba is good, good good. So I'm wishing them all the best for the next 6 months.
And what goes with pregnancy? Hormones. Well I'm happy to say that it seems a thought my are finally getting under control. Yay for me, and yay for Cal. Let's just hope that it stays that way for the next 8 weeks or so. I'm sure that the psycho hormaones will kick in once the baby is born.......bugger. But fingers crossed they don't.
Bad news......at the end of the month one of my favourite scrapbooking stores is closing. Scrapabout Australia will be no more. I'm sure that it was a very hard decision for Leanne and Pam, and we will all mis you desperately. Good luck for the future.
Good news.....I was Blog trawling the other day and came across this place on Kylie's Blog. I think that this might be where my mojo is hiding.
What's on for you this week? I'm going to have coffee with Miss Lisa for a belated birthday catch up, and off to the Craft and Quilt Fair with mum later on in the week. (I promised myself last week that I wasn't going to buy anything craft-related in the immediate future, but I forgot that the Fair was on........well, it will have to be extremely good (or very pretty) for me to get my purse out.) Then Duncan and his family will be here on Friday for the weekend.
Lastly, a song change. I was listening to/watching RAGE this morning and heard this song by Fergie. Now ordinarily her music makes me reach for a gun to point to my temple, but this one doesn't. I quite like it. What do you think?
Well "Grey's" is on at the moment, and I NEED to watch it.
Have a great Sunday night and a great week ahead.
K xx

I hear you on the vacuum Kirst, I love my upright one as the others hurt my back.
Congratulations on being an aunty again, your bubba and his/her cousin will be close in age.
