Thank goodness for wireless keyboards
Bailey is having an "I won't sleep anywhere but on mum" afternoon, so I currently have her lying on my chest, my feet up on the desk and the keyboard leaning on my knees so that I can type.
It's been so long and so much has been happening that I will do this post in point form.
We settle on the house on Friday, so we will be officailly back in debt.
On the topic of houses, Congratualtions to Mel and Nikki for buying their first home. The 'plan' is coming to fruition, and I am so happy for them - now just start popping out some nieces and nephews for me and I'll be happy!
And while we're talking about babies - Congratulations to Booz, AM, CJ and Lachie for the safe arrival of Daniel Patrick on Sunday. We can't wait to meet him.
Look at my new baby!!!!
Isn't she gorgeous?!?!?! I shall call her "Ru". We picked her up the other weekend, but as I haven't updated my Blog in so long, this is her first appearance. So I'm being a REAL mum now and driving a staion wagon.....but what a COOL station wagon huh???
More celebrating - A big HAPPY BIRTHDAY shout out to Q for last Monday, my sister-in-law Samantha for yesterday, (and in case I forget) my darling Cal for next Tuesday, and sweet little Eric for next Wednesday.
I have joined the Pink Card Drive and pledged to make greeting cards for women who are undergoing treatment for breast cancer. It's such a worthwhile cause, I hope that I can get them all done - strike that, I WILL get them all done. If you want to participate, or just read more about it click here.
I had a couple of other cool things that I wanted to share from the internet/Blog world, but for the life of me, can't remember what they were (I blame baby-brain, and will until the kids are 30).
Thanks to an old friend, I have joined the Facebook phenomenon. I really don't know what it's all about, but I'm on there!!!
Welcome back to my friend Lisa - I've missed you. Can't wait to see you on Friday.
Welcome back to my friend Lisa - I've missed you. Can't wait to see you on Friday.
Looking forward to seeing friends and family when we visit Hobart and Melbourne in a few weeks.
Rather than making this post EXTRA long telling you about all of the things that the girls have been up to, I think that I'll leave that for some other time, and just leave you with a couple of photos.
